Aquatics

Take advantage of the diving pool, and heated pools, plus swimming lessons for kids and adults. The regular pool is open for free swim, and is perfect for cardio sessions, or a nice cool-down.

Fitness Center and Personal Training

Full access to state of the art cardio & strength training machines, including treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, dumbbells, plus a wide range of updated strength training machines. Opportunities to learn and train with qualified personal trainers on an individual basis. A great way to take the next step in reaching your next goal. When you join the Norwalk Y, you become part of a family orientated community with a mission to welcome all people and promote positive values. Contact our membership to receive your free 2-week membership.

Camps

The YMCA of Norwalk offers many camp options for your kids. We offer our little Wonders (pre-school), school-aged Child Care and Camp Sunrise. We also offer Kids Fitness camps, after school and vacation school fitness camps.

Welcome to the Norwalk YMCA

On behalf of the staff of the YMCA of Norwalk, I’d like to welcome you with our new website and encourage you to take advantage of all the programs and services we have to offer here at our facility. As you can see, we have a new and exciting brand initiative underway which is a nationwide rollout of the new Y logo as well as our commitment to Youth Development, Social Responsibility and Healthy Living. Our Mission

The Norwalk YMCA has been serving the community for 82 years, impacting the lives of families, teens, youth, seniors and most importantly doing this great work with the support of so many volunteers!

Programs at the YMCA teach children the values of caring, respect, honesty and responsibility. By teaching these values in our programs, we have the ability to create positive environments and offer opportunities in a safe and fun environment!
