Body FitĀ

Boot Camp

Get your heart pumping with a variety of cardio exercises and weight training. Test your endurance!!

Body Sculpt

One hour of strength and sculpting designed for all levels of fitness. Incorporates weights, bodybars and steps with risers (optional). Come on and get strong!!

Cardio Combo

A combination of cardio kickboxing moves along with body sculpting and bootcamp strengthening exercises. You get it all in one class!!

Family Zumba

This is one exciting hour of calorie burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! Kids ages 6 and up have a blast, get focused and get fit along with their family!

Kickboxing

Combining strength and stamina for a well-rounded workout. Learn basic cardio kickboxing moves along with strength exercises. Get ready to sweat!

Pilates Mat

Strengthen core muscles that are instrumental in creating and maintaining good posture and alignment. Lengthen and Strengthen your entire body.

Pilates BallĀ 

Same as Pilates Mat but utilizing the physio ball.

Senior Chair Fitness

Enhance strength, flexibility and senior health through a chair fitness routine. Combining weights, resistance bands, and balls promoting overall health.

Spinning

Develop your cardiovascular system in this musically driven, fun-filled journey. This class is conducted on stationary bikes and is great for all levels.

Yoga

Great for muscle toning, strength building, weight loss and increased body awareness.

Yoga for Kid/Tweens

Yoga for kids is a natural way to exercise, relax, focus and strengthen the body/mind/spirit connection as well as the general health and well being of children. Kids will learn breathing meditations, relaxing visualization and fun yoga poses for all ages and abilities.

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness/dance class that combines the steps and music of Latin and International dance. The combination of fast and slow rhythms makes
