Masters Swim Club (Level 3-4*)

The Norwalk YMCA Masters Swim Club is a non-competitive club with hopes of becoming a competitive program in the near future.  Adults 18 + are encouraged to come enjoy the benefits of a structured workout and most of all join in the camaraderie!  This program meets several times a week.

Two days a week

*Guide to course Levels:

• Level 1 Little to no impact with easy movements.
• Level 2 Little to no impact with more difficult movements.
• Level 3 Little impact with a more strenuous workout.
• Level 4 Little to mild impact with the most strenuous workout.
