Youth Wellness Fit Class (Ages 9-13)
Introduces youth of all abilities to sound strength and conditioning principles.
Classes will integrate cardiovascular resistance and flexibility training.
All classes will be highly motivational with maximum supervision by a trainer. Must have membership to participate. Minimum 6 participants to run. No drop ins. Preregistration required. 14 sessions.

Youth Personal Training (Ages 9-13)
Introducing Youth Personal Training, a great way to get your kids started on the right
path to health and wellness. This program is for all levels including young athletes,
beginner exercisers, or children with obesity issues. Each session formatted by a certified
Personal Trainer. Don't delay, get them started today!

30 Minute Express Workout
This low-impact, moderate-intensity 30 minute workout is designed to tone, strengthen and sculpt your entire body in a relaxed, group setting. Our skilled personal trainers will also help to improve your understanding of basic body alignment, and assist you in becoming more familiar and comfortable with the equipment and machines within the
Norwalk YMCA's comprehensive Wellness Center.
