Youth Wellness Class (Ages 9-13)
Introduces youth of all abilities to sound strength and conditioning principles.
Classes will integrate cardiovascular resistance and flexibility training.
All classes will be highly motivational with maximum supervision by a trainer. Pre-registration required.

Junior Personal Training (Ages 9-13)
Whether you are a budding athlete or couch potato this is a great way to get started on the right
path to health and wellness. This program is for all levels including young athletes,
beginning exercisers, or children with specific needs. Led by a certified
Personal Trainer. Don't delay, get them started today!

CARE Program
Children at Risk Exercise Program is a medically supervised, nutrition and weight management program for children ages 5 to 18. Financial assistance is available.
