Seniors
at the Norwalk YMCA enjoy opportunities to establish healthy habits, and
connect with others from the Norwalk community through an assortment of
activities. Group classes like “Senior Swim”, provide seniors with a great
chance to stay active while enjoying their time staying fit. The YMCA has
introduced new classes for seniors such as the “Chair Fitness” class, which
provides strength training with little stress on joints. These classes provide
a fun way for seniors to maintain optimal muscular, cardiovascular, and bone
